Born and raised in Memphis, TN, Marques Vance spent years promoting and marketing new and legacy Gospel acts such as DOE, Koryn Hawthorne and Kirk Franklin, and leading marketing initiatives for Grammy nominated producer, Tay Keith’s Drumatized record label. Marques earned his Bachelor of Science in Music Business and a minor in Marketing from Middle Tennessee State University. While part of Equal Access, he was able to solidify the branding and launch the website for his independent management and marketing consulting company, Red Cloud Media Group. He also became an Academy of Country Music and Recording Academy member. While in the program he secured a job at a label in NYC and has helped with the strategy for major releases, including Brittany Howard’s recent album What Now.
