Though Charlene Bryant had already been named a Billboard Hip Hop Power Player twice as a manager, had worked at a gospel label in town, and had attended Nashville's Belmont University, she had never been able to break through into the Country Music Industry before Equal Access. But while in the program, she signed country artist Harper Grae to her Riveter Management roster. We were also able to help her secure speaking opportunities at SXSW, Music Managers Forum, and Music Ally’s NY:LON conference in the UK. She also became an Academy of Country Music member, and a Country Music Association member.

Additionally, through the connections she made in the program, she was able to secure a position as the SVP of Business Development and Strategy at Universal Music Nashville, and is now running their sub-label, Silver Wing Records!
